By creating an account or using AirClaim, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AirClaim is a documentation and workflow tool that helps Airbnb hosts organize and submit damage claims to Airbnb's Resolution Center. AirClaim does not interact with Airbnb on your behalf, does not guarantee claim approval, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use AirClaim for any unlawful purpose.
You may only use AirClaim to document genuine damage claims for properties you own or manage. You may not submit false or fraudulent claim information. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
AirClaim helps you prepare documentation. We do not guarantee that Airbnb will approve your claim. Claim outcomes depend on Airbnb's policies and review process, which are outside our control.
AirClaim and its software are owned by AppStack. You retain ownership of all claim data and photos you upload. By using AirClaim, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
AirClaim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular claim outcome will result from using it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppStack's liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of AirClaim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of AirClaim after changes constitutes acceptance.
