AirClaim is a product of AppStack (sole proprietorship, Bryan Jones). We help Airbnb hosts document and submit damage claims. Contact us at hello@appstack.work.
We collect your name and email address when you create an account. We collect claim data you enter — guest names, reservation codes, damage descriptions, photos, and cost estimates. We collect payment method information through Stripe (we never see or store your card number). We collect basic usage data through our hosting provider.
We use your data solely to provide the AirClaim service — to store your claims, generate your PDF reports, send deadline reminder emails, and process your subscription payment. We do not sell your data. We do not display advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models.
We use the following third-party services to operate AirClaim: Supabase (database and file storage, USA), Stripe (payment processing, USA), Resend (transactional email, USA), and Vercel (hosting, USA). Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and is contractually required to protect your data.
Photos and documents you upload are stored securely in Supabase Storage and are only accessible to you. They are used to generate your PDF claim report and are never shared with third parties.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@appstack.work. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use only essential session cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
AirClaim is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we materially change this policy, we will notify you by email. Continued use of AirClaim after changes constitutes acceptance.
